Fitness Suite

The Fitness Suite is situated on the 1 st floor of the Academy and consists of resistance and cardiovascular exercise equipment specifically designed to promote fitness and well-being. Prior to use an induction has to be completed so that users can familiarise themselves with the layout and fitness suite protocol.
